Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

We believe in earning your business every month. ScendCore offers a straightforward 30-day money-back guarantee on all plans, no-penalty cancellation at any time, and continued access through the end of your paid period. No hidden fees, no lock-in contracts for monthly plans.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you cancel within the first 30 days of your paid subscription (from the date your first payment was processed), you are entitled to a full refund of your subscription fee — no questions asked.

  • Applies to both monthly and annual plans.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • One-time setup fees, if applicable, are non-refundable after the onboarding session has been delivered.

Monthly subscriptions are not pro-rated. When you cancel, your plan remains active through the end of the current billing cycle. You will not be charged again.

Annual plans are billed upfront. If you cancel after the 30-day guarantee window, your subscription remains active until the end of your annual term. No partial refund is issued for remaining months.

4. Demo & Onboarding

ScendCore is a demo-led platform. All accounts are set up by our team after a live product demonstration.

  • There is no self-serve signup or free trial.
  • You will see the full platform in action during your demo before making any commitment.
  • Your workspace is configured by our team as part of the onboarding process.
  • The 30-day money-back guarantee begins from the date of your first payment.

5. Setup & Onboarding Fees

Some plans include a one-time setup or onboarding fee. These fees cover initial configuration, data migration, and dedicated onboarding support.

  • Before onboarding delivery: Fully refundable.
  • After onboarding delivery: Non-refundable, as the service has been rendered.

6. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing.
  2. Click Cancel subscription.
  3. Select your reason and confirm.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your AI agents, sequences, and data remain accessible until then.

7. After Cancellation

  • All AI agents will stop running at the end of your billing period.
  • Active sequences will be paused.
  • Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, allowing you to reactivate and pick up where you left off.
  • After the 30-day retention period, all data is permanently deleted.

8. Reactivation

Changed your mind? You can reactivate your subscription at any time from the Billing page — before or after your plan expires. If you reactivate within the 30-day data retention window, all your agents, sequences, contacts, and configurations will be restored.

9. Payment Failures

If a payment fails, we will retry up to 3 times over a 14-day period and notify you by email. If payment is not resolved within 14 days, your subscription will be suspended. You can update your payment method at any time to restore access.
