The Origin Story
Before ScendCore, our team spent years working across insurance, financial services, and technology — at companies like Tokio Marine, SAGA, Aviva, Partners&, GRP, Howden, and Allianz. We saw the same pattern everywhere: brilliant sales people drowning in admin work.
Leads would come in and sit for hours. Follow-ups would slip through cracks. No-shows would waste precious calendar slots. Reps spent more time updating CRMs than talking to prospects. The tools were supposed to help, but most teams were duct-taping 4-5 platforms together — a scheduling tool here, a sequencing tool there, an AI SDR bolted on top.
