Agencies and brokers now. The rest as the platform deepens.
We’d rather tell you exactly what is live than sell you a roadmap.
Five places the work stalls.
ScendCore runs each one continuously, in your terminology, inside your rules.
Calls, forms, and referrals captured and qualified the moment they arrive, at any hour.
Every quote followed up until it is bound, declined, or handed back to the producer.
Worked from 90, 60, and 30 days out, so nothing lapses because the month got busy.
Routine servicing handled; anything touching coverage escalated with context.
Monoline accounts and last year’s declines re-approached on a schedule.
Same book of business.
Fewer things dropped.
It sits above your AMS, not instead of it.
Your AMS stays the system of record. ScendCore reads from it, works the activity, and writes back.
Native AMS adapters are prioritized by customer demand. Today, connect any AMS that exposes an API or accepts a JSON POST via webhook, or batch-sync by CSV. Tell us which one you run and we'll confirm the path on the call.
We'll set it up against a realistic version of your book and show you the quote chasing, the renewal calendar, and where a producer gets pulled in.
“ScendCore is not just another AI assistant. It gives us a governed AI execution layer that can follow up, route work, surface what needs attention, and keep humans in control.”
The ones that actually decide it.
Will it give coverage advice to my insureds?+
No. That boundary is drawn explicitly and enforced per capability. The agent gathers information, chases outstanding items, and answers process and status questions. Anything that constitutes advice, interpretation, or binding routes to a licensed producer with the full context attached.
How does this sit with our E&O exposure?+
Every action the agent takes is logged with its reason and outcome, so there is a record of what was said and when. Advice-adjacent capabilities stay in Suggest or Review, meaning a licensed human approves before anything goes out. You decide where each line sits.
Does it work with our agency management system?+
It sits above your AMS rather than replacing it. Native adapters for Applied Epic, AMS360, EZLynx, HawkSoft, QQCatalyst, and NowCerts are on the roadmap and prioritized by demand. Today you connect via webhook (any AMS with an API or that accepts a JSON POST) or CSV batch sync. Tell us which you run and we will confirm the path on the call.
Personal lines, commercial lines, or both?+
Both. The workflow differs — personal lines is higher volume and shorter cycle; commercial is submission-heavy with longer chasing windows, and we configure the cadence and terminology for your book at onboarding.
What about carriers, MGAs, and claims?+
Agencies and brokers are live today. FNOL intake is live. Full carrier, MGA, and claims-handling workflows are on the roadmap, and we would rather tell you that plainly than imply coverage we do not have yet.
How fast could we be live?+
Typically about a week after scoping, with free 14-day onboarding support after setup. For a simple personal-lines desk it can be the same day. Every agent starts in shadow, so you watch it decide before it acts.
