Product · AI Revenue Agents

The team that does the work.

Four specialised AI Revenue Agents across three departments — each owning a clear job. They read context, decide what to do, take the action across email/voice/SMS/CRM, and log the result. Not chatbots. Not workflow tools. A real team.

What you actually get when you pay for ScendCore: a deployable team. Each agent is its own role with its own tools, voice, memory, and policy permissions — orchestrated by the Brain, sold as one platform.

Detail

What every agent ships with

Stage-specific

Trained for one job

Each agent is fine-tuned for its lifecycle stage with stage-specific training data, tool access, and memory. Mark doesn't try to close deals; Alex doesn't try to prospect cold accounts.

  • Per-stage training data
  • Per-stage tool manifest
  • Per-stage memory schema
  • Per-stage performance benchmarks
Cross-agent handoff

They work as a team

What Riley learns about a lead is available to Sophie when she books the meeting, and to Alex when he drafts the SOW. Context is preserved across the entire lifecycle.

  • Unified conversation history per contact
  • Cross-agent context passing
  • Single source of truth for the relationship
  • No "did the SDR mention X to the AE?" again
Always governed

Six control layers around every action

Per-agent autonomy, per-action policies, dynamic risk scoring, contact overrides, hard guardrails, kill switch. Every action audit-logged.

  • Four autonomy levels: Auto · Review · Suggest · Off
  • Per-channel + per-account overrides
  • 13+ default guardrails always on
  • Kill switch stops everything in <2s
Brain-orchestrated

Coordinated by the decision engine

The Brain ranks every candidate action by ROI, filters by policy, dispatches to the right agent. You don't orchestrate the agents; the Brain does.

  • Continuous-loop decision engine
  • ROI-scored action queue
  • Per-tenant learning from outcomes
  • Immutable decision log

FAQs

Common questions

How is this different from a chatbot or workflow tool?
A chatbot answers messages. A workflow tool executes rules you wrote. A ScendCore agent owns an outcome — it reads context, decides what to do, takes the action across whatever channel + tool fits, and logs the result. The chatbot is one tactic; the workflow tool is one playbook; the agent is the whole job.
Can I deploy a subset of the agents?
Yes. Most teams start with 1-2 (typically Riley for inbound or Mark for outbound) and add more over time. The Brain coordinates whatever subset is active; agents you haven't deployed simply don't participate.
Can each agent operate at different autonomy levels?
Yes. Per agent, per use case, per channel. Common pattern: Mark on full autopilot for Tier-2/3 outbound, draft-and-review for Tier-1; Riley on full auto for ICP-fit inbound, suggest-only for enterprise accounts; Alex on suggest-only for Tier-3 enterprise tickets, full auto for Tier-1 SMB.
How are agents priced?
Agent work is metered in AI Credits. Each plan includes a Credit allowance per month (Solo: 5K, Starter: 12.5K, Growth: 35K, Pro: 100K, Enterprise: 250K+). An email send/reply costs 5 Credits, a reasoning step costs 10, a meeting brief costs 15. Top-ups available if you exceed your monthly bucket.
Do I get a "custom" agent on Enterprise?
Yes. Enterprise customers can author custom agents — new personas with custom training data, custom tool manifests, and custom policy matrices. We do the onboarding; you keep the agent.
From the founder
Mike Ojienelo
“I built these four because I needed them at Sprintmore — and I wanted real teammates, not chatbots dressed up as features. Riley, Sophie, Mark, Alex are how we run revenue now. They'll be how you run yours.”
