Product · Data & Enrichment

The data layer that makes agents intelligent.

Person + company enrichment, email verification, LinkedIn lookup, web search. The context the agents draw from to act with judgement instead of guessing. Wallet-metered — pay per call, no flat-rate subscription.

Every agent decision is only as good as the data behind it. Mark needs accurate contact info to enrich a lead. Emma needs company context to qualify properly. Jordan needs decision-maker validation before sending a contract. The Data product is the layer that delivers this — billed per use, not per seat.

See it in action

The waterfall · one hit, one charge.

Mark requests enrichment on a contact. PDL hits first — full record returned in 184ms for $0.50. Clearbit and Apollo are not called; you're not charged for them. This is what 'pay per successful hit' actually looks like.

Detail

How the data layer earns its place

Wallet model

Pay per call, not per seat

Data costs vary wildly by volume + provider — flat-rate subscriptions either over-charge low-volume users or lose money on heavy users. Wallet-metered means you pay exactly for what the agents request, with no monthly waste.

  • Per-call pricing, posted upfront
  • Refill on-demand, no minimum spend
  • Real-time spend dashboard
  • Per-agent + per-workflow budgets
Waterfall

Multi-provider fallback

Person enrichment routes through PDL → Clearbit → Apollo in priority order. You pay for the first successful hit; the others cost nothing. Significantly better fill rate + lower cost than any single provider.

  • Per-data-type waterfall configuration
  • Charge only for successful hits
  • ~85% fill rate (vs ~60% single-provider)
  • Provider-level error + latency monitoring
Agent-native

Agents call the data layer, not your team

Mark enriches as he prospects. Emma verifies as she qualifies. Jordan re-verifies before sending a contract. The data calls happen in-line with the work — your team never opens an enrichment tool.

  • In-line enrichment during agent decisions
  • Cached per-contact for 30 days
  • Per-agent data permissions (Mark can't enrich Alex's contacts)
  • Activity log shows every data call
Bring-your-own

BYO-data provider supported

Already paying for Clearbit or ZoomInfo? Plug them in — your existing contract feeds the waterfall, our wallet only charges for the providers it routes to.

  • BYO API key for any major provider
  • Existing contracts honoured
  • Cost-comparison reports across providers
  • Switch providers mid-contract without re-implementation

FAQs

Common questions

Why isn't Data part of the AI Credits bucket?
Data calls have variable wholesale cost (different per provider, per data type, per region). Bundling them into Credits would mean either expensive plans or unprofitable plans. The Wallet model passes the true cost through with a small markup, so your subscription stays predictable while data scales with your actual usage.
Can I cap the data spend?
Yes. Per-agent budgets, per-workflow budgets, per-month organisation budgets — set in the dashboard. Hard caps stop the agent from calling the data layer; soft caps alert before the cap. Both are audit-logged.
What if I already have a Clearbit / ZoomInfo / Apollo contract?
BYO supported. Plug in your existing API key in the dashboard; the waterfall uses your provider first, falls through to ours on miss. You save the wallet cost on every successful BYO hit.
How does GDPR work for EU contacts?
EU contacts route only to GDPR-compliant providers (PDL EU, Cognism, etc.). Per-jurisdiction routing is enforced in the data layer — agents can't accidentally enrich an EU contact through a non-compliant provider.
Can I see what each data call cost?
Yes. Every wallet debit is logged with the call type, provider used, cost, and the agent + workflow that requested it. Exportable to your finance system.

Data that scales with the work, not with the seat count.

Wallet-metered, multi-provider waterfall, agent-native. Context the agents need, when they need it.
