How is this different from Microsoft Copilot or Gmail's Smart Compose?
Two differences: (1) Copilot is revenue-aware — it knows the deal stage, the account context, the rep's playbook, not just the text in the email window; (2) it spans every channel and the CRM, not just one inbox. Same paradigm, full revenue scope.
Can my reps choose to ignore the suggestions?
Yes. Suggestions are inline; reps send original, send suggested, send edited, or skip. Acceptance rate is tracked per rep so managers can coach without surveillance.
When should we use Copilot vs Agents?
Agents = AI takes the action, you supervise. Copilot = AI suggests, human takes the action. Most teams use both — Agents for SMB outreach + tier-1 support; Copilot for enterprise outreach + tier-3 support. Per-account / per-workflow autonomy controls let you mix.
Will Copilot become a paid add-on?
Possibly, in 2027. Current pricing intention is to bundle Copilot to maximise adoption + stickiness. If a separate Copilot SKU launches later, existing customers will be grandfathered.
